She wasn't forced to eat the meat. At the end of the show on the last day she decided that since she had been in Cajin country and had been subjected to thier culture that she'd try a small piece of Aligator so no one could say she hadn't tried it... She also figured it wasn't a red meat.. Nor was it a mammal but a reptile so it was ok ... for in her words it wasn't like a cow or chicken or a dog... but a not so nice animal...

She also went and asked the Cajin Host family a ? and I don't know why she asked this but she asked if they were starving and had no food no $ no place to get food would they eat the Dogs cause she said she would eat a dog if she was that down on her luck. and the cajin boy and father looked at her like she was crazy and said No I couldn't eat mans best friend....
But an aligator and no mans FRIEND so I have no problems eating it..
